Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for PCS (Power Conversion System) selection and evaluation, technical agreement alignment, and supplier technical management in energy storage systems.
2. Participate in PCS prototype testing (function, performance, protection, communication, efficiency, etc.), and output test reports and improvement recommendations.
3. Coordinate with certification bodies to complete domestic and international PCS certifications (CGC, CQC, TÜV, UL, CE, etc.) and technical document preparation.
4. Track PCS technology trends and provide professional input for system integration solutions.
5. Support on-site analysis and closure of PCS-related technical issues.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in PCS or inverter-related work, familiar with PCS working principles and key parameters.
3. Understanding of energy storage system architecture and the coordination logic between PCS, BMS, and EMS.
4. Experience in technical agreement preparation, supplier alignment, or certification is preferred.
5. Good communication and documentation skills, able to adapt to short-term business trips.
